Jonathan Minkoff is the Founder and Managing Member of Minkoff Advisors. A graduate of Boston University School of Law, Minkoff holds a J.D. with a concentration in Intellectual Property. Minkoff has been licensed to practice law in both New York and Massachusetts since 2001. Minkoff is a long time member of NYSBA, the New York State Bar Association and maintains membership in both the Intellectual Property and Trusts and Estates sections. His career in law began at Fuchsberg & Fuchsberg, LP a firm focused on personal injury and medical malpractice where he served as partner. Upon the untimely passing of Sr. Partner, Abraham Fuchsberg, Minkoff handled all matters relating to the winding down of this longstanding and widely respected firm. Minkoff is now the primary managing attorney for all matters at Minkoff Advisors LLC. He provides trust and estate management, charitable giving, real estate and investment advice, and overall guidance for his primary clients. He also provides intellectual property services for a select group of entertainment law clients. Minkoff believes that personal, attentive service is the path to satisfied clients, as evidenced by a pristine record in both malpractice and ethical violations. When not handling legal matters for clients, Minkoff can be found spending time with his family, supporting charitable causes through the Abraham Fuchsberg Family Foundation, Inc., and being deeply involved in the world of contemporary a cappella music through the ensemble, Blue Jupiter and the charity SingStrong, Inc..
